This years "Extreme Evangelism Medical Mission" to Orissa, India was a huge success! The team of 6 was able to minister to over 300 Indians in 3 different villages, giving them free medical care and sharing the good news of Christ with each one!! The ground work was also laid for 'Christmas in a Backpack 2008'!! Thanks to all of you that helped in some way. The team is very grateful for your prayers and support! Please continue to pray for the Indian pastors and Christians in Orissa as they press on with day to day persecution. And, remember to thank God you live in a nation where you are free to worship Jesus Christ!
Christmas in a Backpack
'Christmas in a Backpack' is quickly approaching! We will soon be promoting this project and will be collecting backpacks and financial donations! The dates for this short-term missions trip is December 29th - January 6th, 2008. The first informational meeting for those interested in being on this short term mission team will be Sunday Sept. 21st @ 5PM @ Riverbend Baptist Church 1715 Cleveland Hwy. Gainesville, GA. disciples after hearing these
words immediately left their nets to follow Jesus. These common
fishermen found their passion and purpose in following and serving
Jesus. The Grindle family did as the disciples, leaving the security
and comfort of their family, friends and professions. This is the true
meaning and purpose of Net India ministries, connecting people,
helping them passionately fish for people in order to reach people
for Christ. This network of people reaching people is daily expanding!
After living in India six months each year since 2000 God currently
has the grindlegang based in Gainesville, Georgia in the USA. The
immediate strategic work of expanding Net India's stateside territory
while developing more connections is vital. Ken, Tracy also
continually engage and equip individuals for short-term missions. Net
India relies heavily on the volunteer work of short-term missionaries
realizing the great value and investment of short-term mission
projects,
